Clary Sage Essential Oil

I'm a newbie with essential oils, but I had an amazing experience with Clary Sage when dealing with menstrual cramps last week during my Denver stay.  I am trying not to take any over-the-counter meds in addition to the seizure drug I'm taking, so I was hopeful when Jenny handed me this bottle of Clary Sage and told me what to do.  It's calming effects did the trick and relieved my pain when I put a drop on each wrist and either side of my neck.  Then I met the owner of Frogworks, who taught Jenny everything she knows about essential oils, and she said it would help it I rubbed it on my tummy, too. I will be taking a bottle of this home with me.
