Trader Joe's Enchilada Sauce

Being the fiend for Mexican food that I am, this enchilada sauce is a staple in my kitchen.  Beside the obvious fact that Boyfriend and I find the taste far superior to any other enchilada sauce available, it comes in a RE-SEALABLE BOTTLE, not a can.  Those folks at Trader Joe's really know what they're doing.  I ask you, how many times have you thrown away a half a can of enchilada sauce?

We use this in our gaucamole, on eggs, chile relleno casserole, chilaquiles - practically anything remotely appropriate for dousing in this zesty sauce.
